CHEERLEADING SUCCESS
Over the last number of weeks and several years, students have been involved in cheerleading. This is provided through my role as school sports co-ordinator and as a school has been very popular and rewarding for all.
Last night the girls involved ranging from yr7-10 competed in the Solihull competition. They were outstanding on the night and with the largest team there the performance was faultless and to top their behaviour and sportsmanship was second to none. They went on to win the whole competition and were also nominated for the spirit award (fair play award) as they won the competition this was passed to another school although technically they won that as well.
